A resource network is a non-classical flow model where the infinitely divisible iteratively distributed among vertices of weighted digraph. The operates in discrete time. weights edges denote their throughputs. basic model, standard network, has one general characteristic amount—the threshold value. This value depends on graph topology and edges. paper briefly outlines main characteristics networks describes two its modifications. In both non-standard models, changes concern rules receiving by vertices. first modification imposes restrictions selected vertices’ capacity, preventing them from accumulating surpluses. second modification, with so-called greedy vertices, contrary, accumulate themselves only then begin to give it away. It noteworthy that completely different lead, general, same consequences: appearance At some intervals values networks, functioning described homogeneous Markov chain, at others more complex rules.
